Guys, I was wondering, do I have to have seen all the MCU movies in order to enjoy WandaVision?

Not all of them. I'd say it's important to be current on the Avengers movies though.

Ah, ok. I guess I need to watch the Avengers movies then. I forget where I left off, it's been so long, I probably will start from the beginning.... all the way back to <gulp> Iron Man. Or is there a movie the comes before even Iron Man?

Okay, next question - if I got back to the beginning and watch them all, and hooboy there's a lot I haven't seen - A Thor movie or two, ant man, a Cap fuck yeah america, Dr. Creepy Magician, I think an Avengers sans scary space Frankenstein might be in there, of course the ones with scary space Frankenstein , and I'm sure more. Is there a suggested viewing order? Analogous to a suggested reading order for the MBotF? Or is suggested viewing just to go by order of when the movies had their theatrical release? Also, how many movies are there in total?

I'm glad I got so annoyed by the first three episodes that I stopped watching it and then binged the rest on Saturday, because it meant I avoided all the speculation and therefore enjoyed the finale quite well.
I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you.

Are you not bothered by the fact that you can see the end of every plot line in the first episode? Like everything you can infer from Episode 1 (and Episdoe 4 for the outside the Hex plot) is how it ended up. Every little surprise they attempted to set up was a troll only to fall back on the easiest answers. It felt like Episode 1, 4, and 9 could exist without the rest for all the plot moved.
And using you-know-who's reveal as a dick joke? Ugh. Do better Marvel.

Not particularly. I wasn't much surprised but I was also never bored, and I was just along for the ride.

Fair enough. I enjoyed it minus episode 7 and 9 both of which I didn't like...and I feel like Episode 9 undid a lot of my goodwill for a future re-watch.
That said, I'm excited for TFATWS and LOKI, so roll on the D+ MCU shows.

I'm gonna watch TFATWS obvviously but I'm not sure where they're going: Loki looks like all-the-way my jam.

Does that Hulk movie have anything to do with the MCU continuity, or is that an independent property?

I love Blade Trinity. I'd go Blade 2 > Blade 3 >> Blade if I'm being honest (which I am).
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Which one? Are you talking about the one with Edward Norton as Banner?

edward Norton is canon, IO forget the reason but basically Ruffalo took over, the movie is canon but it's also been sort of ignored in the greater continuity sense and because of contractual agreements marvel can use hulk in movies with other characters but would have to give away half the profits of a solo movie so they don't bother making them.
I completely forgot there was an Edward Norton Hulk movie. I was thinking of the other one (I think it came before the Norton one), I forget the name of the actor who played Banner, but for some reason I think his name may sound similar to Derek Onion.
