I'm your new partner (since I don't see restrictions against it: Tapper here).
Nice kill there on Kesso, hopefully one finder out of the way. It seems we'll have to lean on the back foot right now, see what else starts stirring. Do you have any opinions on who your other symp might be?

Or not effectively symping enough I think I winked once at you, but the whole situation escalated so fast that I restricted myself to spreading doubt about Fener.

when Fener went for Mockra on the first day it was kind of tough for me to stay looking hard for symps. Plus I didn't hardly read the thread over the weekend.

aye, I think any and all of us were surprised. I know I did a lot of cursing through PM Didnb't figure Mockra was HD though, owe him an apology.

Yeah it was bad timming for him. I wasn't on to try to make a case on someone else and Fener (probably obdi) had him in his sights. Oh well. He did well for this being his first time being a killer. He made 2 people finder reveal to get him lynched. Not to shabby.

I think I'm a reasonably intelligent guy, but keeping up with this game (and trying to figure out things that probably just take in-game experience) is definately a challenge.

You're playing great. Really great. Just time your reveal right. Before you're killed i'll be killed, Ano will probably be killed (hopefully - do not treat Ano like a definite innocent. If he doesn't die in the next few nights a find might be a good idea), Shadow will probably be killed (they have to think that Shadow is the most likely partner for me) and hopefully Serc as well. After that, if you're not suspected, it's probably going to be you. I think you've got 3/4 nights to find before you'll have to reveal.

Obviously reveal if you're about to be lynched.

Try to find people who are less likely to be lynched, but that you suspect. You could really do with an evil verdict, if you don't have one consider putting your reveal off, but only for another night or so. Don't get greedy. Revealing without a guilty verdict is not a disaster. If you're under serious suspicion you can get away with not revealing for longer, but don't get lynched!

If you find an evil player do what I did. Make a case (but keep it a bit smaller and less aggressive), and see what happens. Then reveal. If you have an evil verdict, do not under any circumstances go through another night without revealing.

They way you're playing right now - Quiet, agreeable, and avoiding trouble - Is great training for when you're evil. And what you need to look for when you're innocent. Keep it up.

When you play as RI, you'll need to make more cases and stir up more trouble. And you're more likely to get lynched for it, but it's necessary to get the game going and find the killers. Don't be as aggressive as me (at least not here), they don't seem to like it.

The funny thing is, where I play regularly, i'm not considered aggressive at all. I got attacked in the last game for being too friendly.

I re-read the PS posts in SH and it does look like your post did, in fact, go through to GUARD SHADOW but he (Bent) didn't update the 'BIG BOARD' (aka front page) from your prior provisional to GUARD TELLAN. So you are correct in what you did, but the post just wasn't updated. I'll update it for antiquity's sake.

Also, I have you set to GUARD D'RISS for Night 4.

Ano and Omtose begin to plan for Night 5. Once again, they miss the targets. Note a potential block on a killer is pointless because the paired killing makes guards pretty much useless until the end of the game (one killer left).

Well actually I was just being a liability - the finds and stuff will put people on track again, hopefully. Partly I was doing it just for the fuck of it, but partly also because the train was going in the wrong direction so I had to crash it.

Beyond that, I need to think about what the heck I did wrong in my play, the reaction I got after the Mockra cf isn't what I expected at all.
