I get the impression that Mezla was either very cool in school or she was the queen of the dorks. Either or. There's no middle ground.

My supervisor from hell seems to continue to act against mine and I would argue the companies interests. I wrote a letter saying she was hard to work with. The boss seems to have to talked to her and arranged for me to be trained but he is now away for 2 weeks and she does not seem to have changed at all.
She even seems to have motivated for me not to go to japan for training saying she will train me herself but when I went to her for help earlier she seems to have once again lied to me rather than help me. I aksed her for a reagent, a positive control, which she must have but she told me she didn't. I will have to bring it up again when the boss gets back again.

Speaking of computer issues at work...
Dear Design/Prepress Houses: If you upgrade/update to a brand new version of a graphics or layout program within DAYS of it being released. Know that I hate you. Know also that history has repeatedly fucking proven that jumping on a new major version of a piece of software the day or week it comes out is a mugs game. Industry standard is AT LEAST 6 months before said upgrade is a viable version of the program to be debugged enough for it to be useable en masse by said industry.
Sorry, we have two design/prepress houses (both of whom work for the same customer) who update ON THE DAY major new versions of Adobe programs drop...it's fucking idiocy, and we've shown them time and time again how it's a mistake because they end up with problems due to bugs that make it all the way to goddamned press...nevermind some of these update require my OS to be upgraded...which makes a tonne of other programs I use frequently not work as well, ect.
TL;DR: Adobe doesn't play well with anyone or anything...so stop kowtowing to their "new" versions until the bugs are worked out you chuckleheads!

Heh, another issue with updating so quickly is that whoever you have to exchange files with isn't going to be able to actually open those files anymore UNLESS you also remember to send along the idml file. I'm currently on the receiving end of this, because there are hardware issues with my PC at work which means I can't get the newest version of the Adobe Suite installed which in turn means I cannot open any of the files I need to open to get shit done, because everyone else (especially those hacks at the Swiss headquarters) al ready have the newest version. Try writing people emails for every little file and requesting an idml and at the end of the day you're left wondering what the fuck you did with your time.

Have you worked out which ones have the disappointed reaction that it isn't Ice Ice Baby? They'll probably be in their late 30's.
Apt - I was a social butterfly, equally at home with the nerds and the cool kids.
Tiste - sadly not and even worse I also can't remember the alternate version that we wrote about our class pet mice to deliver to the rest of the school. Imaginatively titled "Mice Mice Baby".
But enough about my childhood!

My gym had this huge 66% discount on personal trainers. So I bought six sessions. Did weights on Sat. Still cant move my arms right, struggle to put on my shirt this morning, my lab coat. My arms are also so weak. Can't life my own weight, in fact I currently cant bench a 5kg right with my right arm! Its getting better but wow!

Take a warm shower after your sessions, it helps with the soreness (though if you're new, it'll still be there). Also, that's normal for your first time doing weights. Also, don't focus on how much you can lift, focus on proper form (which should be easier with a personal trainer for now). Work on your core if you want long-term benefits, your back will thank you in the long run.
When I started weight training, I couldn't do one proper push up and gave up to focus on other things. I randomly tried again after having built up my core strength a bit and you wouldn't believe how much easier push ups are when your ass isn't wobbling hither and thither.

^^ This. Technique before how many sets/reps/etc at whatever weight.
If you can work on your flexibility it makes a difference as well. My hammies have always been insanely tight and it has had a large knock-on effect.
I can definitely recommend magnesium tablets or drink powder, not sure about the sprays for DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). A nice warm to hot bath in Epsom salts is great too.
Hydrate after sessions (plus electrolytes depending on how much you sweat) and gently STRETCH through the day.
Don't try to go too hard too early. It's OK to build up slowly, make sure you get it right and your body feels right at weight/rep X before moving on to weight/rep Y etc.
Now I just wish I could follow my own advice when it comes to stretching and flexibility.

I am sure Cause's trainer is taking good care of him and explaining the above things. Or not. You never know. I swear, some of the stuff I see the trainers program or advise makes me shake my head.
The real issue is usually when you're all new and all those weird little stabilizing muscles aren't used to this new form of tension and strain. Arms and legs are always wobbly when using free weights, it goes away as the muscles develop and you learn to actively focus on the muscles and concentrate on doing the exercise with proper form.
Muscle soreness is a bitch though. I remember 6-7 years ago I hadn't been to a gym for maybe 6 years. I went in and did the same kind of exercises I used to do with max intensity. Did breast and triceps one day, and was pretty sore. Then did Back and biceps the second day and woke up in the middle of the night with my arms on fire. They were locked rigid and just absolutely screaming with soreness. They were completely fucked for the next couple of days. Felt pretty good from a training perspective.

Y'all just be glad you don't have my headache issue. Last year I developed what's apparently called primary exertional headaches, which is apparently a rare type of headache you get after exerting yourself, especially during hot weather. I spent quite a few weekends in excrutiating pain every time I did weights, which has been every Saturday for over a year now since I started exercising again. It's amazing how much you need to love weights to accept that you're likely to be wishing you're dead for the remainder of the day.
Thankfully, as I have been slowly building my form back up, the pain has gotten better and it's not at the level where I'm trying to crawl into my pillow but can do stuff around the house. I actually only recently understood the connection between me exercising and the headache, when I had exertion headaches due to the shere heat this past summer even though I stopped lifting for a whole month and my doc said there's likely a connection.
