We've all come to the concluson, that in a world where a single Jaghut can create a Glacial zone for thousands of years, climatic constraints quietly slink away into nonexistence......

Hey, I guess that makes sense. I wasn't thinking appropriately magical I guess. In Erikson's world that's a mistake.

Thanks

You people scare me.

But in a good way. :D

Keep up the obsessive good work.

So would it be possible for Assail to be south of Jacuruku and Korelri? Like, south and to the west a bit? Cause if so, that would make Shurq dropping Iron Bars and company off on Jacuruku to cross the entire continent to get to Assail make sense... Wouldn't it?

well then J an K would have to be a little more northerly, cuz that would put assail very near the south pole. incidentally, why do we of the forums call this world Wu?

Its just a convenient term, altho SE himself has said its NOT the right one. Which, I suppose, is probably Burn's planet or something.

I don't think he's said it's wrong, rather he's stated that there just isn't a name for the planet.

Some meanings of Wu:

-Chinese term for story and also for storyteller
-Not-Being. Not synonymous with nothingness, wu is an immense void containing all potentialities. It is thus interdependent with yu, Being.

Now, go on and tell me you didn't find that interesting...

Awesome job!!!

Hmmm...once SE completes the encyclopedia and the full world map, we should make an online interactive version of it..

That is very good. You know...maps are so critical in a series for me...i love to know where the action is...it makes it so much more real to me...

I have seen alot of attempts and I think doing contenent by conenent in detail is probably going to be easier to match up in the complete map. Awsome job man.

Thank u very much 4 the kind words guys and gals. :p

I'll post the finished 1 and a few others later this week when they done, hopefully this will B all of the Genabackis campaign stuff done,
then on 2 Seven Cities next week. :D

I agree about doing each map separately, building in2 1 world map, this would also make it easier 2 get the correct proportions.

I would love 2 do an interactive version but 'till then use these as u wish.
These will all print A4 quite nicely.

When they are all done I'll put up a link 2 1 PDF file containing all the maps, which should allow larger versions 2 B printed, just don't wanna clog up the sever with big JPEGs at the moment.

As mentioned if u have any suggestions or something u would like added let me know, 'till then don't let the Bhok'arala bite :p
