Game Configuration

Base Rules: TI4 Living Rules Reference v2.0

VP Goal: 10

Map Setup: Map made by D'rek. The map is revealed before faction/seat/speaker selection.

Faction/Seat/Speaker Selection: Seat selection is randomized and revealed. Then, each player PMs the mod their top choices of faction (sorted). If no one else has the same choice they get that faction, otherwise one player randomly gets that faction and the process repeats for the remaining players' second choices, and so on. After all seats and factions are decided, the starting Speaker is randomly chosen.

AGENT: Exhaust Captain Mendosa to give 1 Carrier in Ragh-Lisis II movement up to highest on board (which I think is 2 currently?).
MOVE: 1 Carrier with 1 Infantry (from Lisis II) to Hope's End.
INVADE: Hope's End with 1 Infantry. Gain Imperial Arms Vault.
EXPLORE: EH18 | Volatile Fuel Source: | If you have at least 1 mech on this planet, or if you remove 1 infantry from this planet, gain 1 command token. Resolve by removing 1 infantry, gain command token, place in strategic pool.
