A big part of me wants a total Conservative collapse because even if it means Reform MPs, I reckon they will have come from such a wild pool of people, the scandals will roll out thick and fast post-election. They will get caught out saying egregious things or taking money from the wrong people.

But then I look to the Republicans and Trump and Marjorie Taylor Green types and worry life doesn't work that way anymore. Once you let the wrong sort in, they only seem to get more wrong.

Either way, I'm enjoying Sunak's campaign. Who in the world is advising him to think leaving D Day commemorations was the right thing.
