Re drek, if you upgrade your cruiser or dread with improved hull I don't think drek will attack as you will be comfortably able to beat her ships with one of yours. With gnaw having cloaking device her home world's are not as secure, so I doubt she will risk attacking much.

Gnaw you could do a lot of damage to Tapper's economy this turn, he doesn't have much to throw in your way. I think they are stalling and acting tough but if you did take a few hexes off Tapper this turn it would really hurt him.
Or you could be defensive and be ready for when they do eventually attack. Do they battle you before ancients?

I can't guarantee I'm not going to attack your homeworld, because lets face it sooner or later you are going to attack me, or I am going to attack you. As I see it diplomatic relations will give us both a motivation not to attack each other straight away. The offer of diplomatic relations still stands, though I would like to know if you accept or not before I make my next move.

If you don't attack my homeworld I'm all for diplomatic relations. I want to build a couple of orbitals this round but with you looming I'm not sure that will be the best move.
I can't guarantee I'm not going to attack your homeworld, because lets face it sooner or later you are going to attack me, or I am going to attack you. As I see it diplomatic relations will give us both a motivation not to attack each other straight away. The offer of diplomatic relations still stands, though I would like to know if you accept or not before I make my next move.
I totaly understand that the diplomatic relations just delays the inevitable but I'm A okay with that delay. I was just refering to this round and this round only but wouldn't be amiss to it dragging to the next round or two either.

Okay Point defense. That'd be all 8 science plus 4 materials. Or 8 Materials if I want to put it on first track.
Which one is stealth field, is it cloaking device, I agree with you there.
I will also offer diplomatic relations if that is what it takes for you to accept IH's offer.
