Servers are fucking laggy today though. Targets are like Muad'dib, in many places at once. Fuck that, imma go shopping.

Did anyone else notice this little Easter Egg in the war assets, "the 104 marine corps, combat engineers, codenamed "The Bridgeburners" tight-nit group of brave men and women" or some such, don't have the game loaded up right now 8D

It made my Facebook status I was so excited when I saw it.

Sure, there have been groups called the Bridge Burners for centuries but I like to think they were referring to Erikson XD


EDIT:

Whilst I'm against the idea of Bioware doing Ending DLC (IT'S NOT REQUIRED!!!) I would be understanding if that ending DLC involved this -

Well, for me, the tone of the ending is very much spot on as it should be, but seriously it would be nice if any of our choices actually mattered.

That was my gripe with the ending too. Isolated, the whole ending sequence is a brilliant piece of writing. From the moment I started running I pretty much held my breath. The IM, Anderson and everything. It was amazing.

However, at the end of the day it seemed to matter not at all that I had gathered all these allies and made all these choices. The claim from Bioware that my choices would affect the ending in major (or even minor) ways was simply not true.

Additionally, although I still feel that femShep is several rungs above maleShep in the voice acting department, maleShep has improved massively over the course of the trilogy. The end sequence he did very well I thought.

I thought the whole 'bleak tragedy' was appropriate though.

There are only two complaints I have with the game and neither is story based.

1. The division of information on the discs is poor. You have to change between disc one and disc two too many times.

2. The quests don't update in your journal. This is especially annoying in regards to the gathering quests. You can't check to see if you have already retrieved the item.

Additionally, the whole thing with the Normandy at the end makes no sense what so ever. Especially as Tali somehow magically teleported from Harbinger's killing field to the Normandy.

Probably why my Shepard's usually end up more renegade than paragon.

This game was never meant to have anything nearing a happy ending. As far as I'm concerned the best outcome is ensuring the Reaper's are stopped -
