I'm watching a B-movie on Netflix called The Hunt... Which is surprisingly good.

It's basically yet another The Most Dangerous Game/Hard Target movie. Rich people hunting poor people. A cheap version. Low budget. Bad after effects.

But the funny gimmick here is that it's rich liberal elites hunting MAGA supporters, deplorables, gun loving rednecks, etc. And everyone is a charicature.

Basically the right wing conspiracy theories are true. It's pretty funny.

Edit: Finished it. This is low key one of the best movies I've watched in ages. This is a perfect action movie script. It knows exactly what it's about and has fun with it.

This looks fantastic. There's a Children's/YA book series I love called WondLa by Tony Diterlizi that this could EASILY be a prequel to.

That looks super imaginative.

Feels like Solarpunk to me....a desolate -post-climate shifted world, finding hope again....Very cool.

Never seen the Bourne movies, and thinking about giving them a go. Thought I'd watch The Bourne Identity this weekend and see how it goes. Are they worth it? Or don't waste my time?

The first Bourne movie was awesome. Can't remember much about the rest.

The first trilogy was pretty great (the first movie was the best of them) but the one with Jeremy Renner was forgettable and a bit pointless. I've not seen the fifth one.

Sweet. I'll go into watching the first one with confidence it''ll be something I enjoy.

The Bourne movies avoided my radar, so I don't know much about them, except the most recent one (I think it's just called Bourne?), where there were articles about Matt Damon's workouts and nutrition he followed to get yoked and into action movie star shape.

I wouldn't call it forgettable, I thought it was decent enough.

I will agree, though, that it was pointless.
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

I don't remember a single thing about it haha.

MK it's kind of an anti-James Bond. I don't want to ruin too much but it's a really cool concept. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts after the first one.

I don't normally do teen flicks, but when I do ...

That dude always plays a jerk -- at least in the 3 things I've seen him in -- but he's good at it!

I don't think she's playing far enough away from Veronica Lodge, but otherwise has a sort of HEATHERS Vibe...if HEATHERS took place in like Southern Cali and didn't actual feature a murderer.

Watched Day Shift, the new Jamie Foxx Vampire thing on Netflix.

Pretty good really but I feel like it could have been so much better if it was more action horror and less PG-13 comedy. There's no edge to this project.

I don't think you see a single person get bit at any point in the film, except that one time it's sorta important for the plot. It's all running and kicking and the Vampires being a bunch of weak bitches.

Also Snoop Dogg should never be cast in anything.
