Yo @Ailesbury! What's it like in the ATL? Things poppin'? Take it easy, maybe start out with some lemon pepper chicken wings at the popular strip club and gear up the celebration from there.

Not sure if I ever gave the update. Took. A long while to go from the offer to actually Getting paperwork to sign. I was even starting to get nervous. However it all came right and I fly to Boston tomorrow to onboard.
Should be a big step up, I’m nervous about all the travel but also excited for it. May see Boston, Portland and Oxford all in the first 3 months. So let me know if you live in any of these cities.

I got tickets to see Aurora in concert next year. It will be my first concert in about 2.5 years at that point (due to COVID), and she's my fave artist of all time. Super excited!

What kind?
I go through these like popcorn and the cheaper/decent ones tend to vanish, change names, sell out, etc. from amazon.

Tranya. $30 on Amazon. I wasn’t sure I was going to like them because they have the squishy ear inserts instead of hard ones like I’m used to, but they are comfortable and the one time one has fallen out of my ear it was because I had it in upside down the first time I used them. I can’t speak to the sound quality for music too much though, strangely enough, as I’ve used them primarily for listening to podcasts. I use over the ear headphones for music.

Ha! I had a pair of those, they were great!
So naturally i destroyed one and the case, and they didn't make that model any more, and the new version wouldn't stay in my head. I was bummed.

My daughter is already 5, and my son 3....it's crazy, and life is flying by....and whenever I say this to my father-in-law he laughs in "70+year old" and tells me that at his age it goes like ten times as fast...
I already have bad anxiety today, may as well pile that on. LOL

Think I've got building control licked.
Sat down and started digging through regs and all the approved drawings, structural engineers reports the whole thing. I'm at 90% sure I can tell them to jog on for the two big sticking points on sign off. Fist pump and "got you beat you pencil pushing fuckwits" when the measurement to boundary came in at over 4m.
Just some visual stuff and an emergency lighting cert to clear and that will be a fucking MASSIVE item chalked off our to do list

Great news! My daughter got her first one 2 weeks ago, and she didn’t have any problems.
