I don't think you're supposed to hoard recyclables. That's how you get banana flies.

I found my uncle that I haven’t talked to in 25 years thanks to an ancestry dna test! I had thought that I would never connect with that side again since our last name is common. Been chatting with him and found out some family history, plus exchanging family photos.

On the flip side, I can’t share with my mom since she is stubborn and has refused to talk to him for 25 years over what I see as a misunderstanding. It’s sad, because I can tell he misses her.

Well that is great news though kinda sad. Maybe you can help bridge the gap in time.

I hope so. I’ll take what I can get and call it a win!

I discovered the Red Alert remastered soundtrack on Apple Music, so that's my work-music today, and it's great. Although it's giving me a thirst for building harvesters and tesla coils.

Business has been booming.

Just passed my 1 year anniversary of starting my business and at this point I’m on track to do about 80-120% more business this year.

The downside is I’m fucking exhausted. Worth it though.

I don’t think her husband would like that. But then again I don’t really know them maybe they good with that. I just stood still as it was going on but in my head I was grinning.

Get the windows of the truck/sex shack tinted, this should already have been done. Than show her the inside.

Oh no! You're a consultant! Having worked in the public sector I've come to hold consultants in even less estime than lawyers. It seems like all they do is act as a buffer between leadership and important decisions. Should we do this or that? Let's spend a couple million for a team of dreamers to come in and tell us how to design a library :soapbox:

I'm sure you're a nice consultant though, doing necessary work or something.
