Golf should have an active goalie, if not, no fun.
Imagine it, Tiger Woods stepping up to the tee, then getting sacked by a guy the size of a Green Bay Linebacker!!! that would totally rock. As it is, golf sucks.

Car Racing since I have never seen anyone play cricket.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

Don't forget the part where they turn left - that always catches me off guard. What excitement!

I don't find any of those sports boring to play...
But watching bowling is just horrible. Mainly because the top guys almost always get strikes, so it's essentially the exact same thing repeated over and over.
And car racing isn't much better, although I'll amend that by saying the only car-racing I've ever watched was F1, and the reason I hate that is because of how little actual action there is. I appreciate the skill these guys must have to be able to get the car around the track quickly, but it doesn't translate well into interesting viewing.

Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Cricket? Isn't that what you hear while attempting to watch or play this abomination?

For me personally, Golf, Billiards, and Bowling are all games, and I don't particularly enjoy watching games being played, but enjoy when I am playing them myself.
Car Racing is more of an event in my books. I liked it as a child, don't really watch it anymore. I would love to be in it though
Now for the sports, which in my eyes, has to have some sort of athleticism and includes the rest of the poll(I am happy to see Hockey is NOT there). I voted for cricket. I'll admit it is probably less exciting for me because I don't really have all the rules of the game down, but to my best understanding it is similar to baseball with only one innings total. That last part ruins it for me.
I'll get booed for this I am sure, but I find Soccer(Football) to be somewhat boring at times. There is not enough scoring and too much middle field play. During big events like the Euro and World Cups though, I have no problem watching it. I think it's more exciting with Countries facing off against each other.

Since the olympics has started, it reminds me how much I hate swimming. A bunch of dicks in unitards flailing around in a pool *dramatic spit noise*
Burn rubber =/= warp speed

Dude, football it isn't boring though to play or to watch. Biased a little?
I like the IRL but can get bored by it. I'll watch the major golf championships.
Bowling is terrible to watch, fun as hell to do.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

American football isn't boring per se... it's just utterly shite.

There are certain sports that people will always find boring unless they understand what's going on. To people who understand its nuances, Cricket is an intriguing sport, particularly Test Cricket. If you don't though, you'd probably be put off by its length and the fact that not much appears to happen (though it does!).
The same is very true of American Football and Baseball. Long periods go by with very little happening, but someone who folows the sport can see the little things going on that make it an intriguing contest.

Well, we are all entitled to wrong opinions.

Yes, we are.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Ah, most humble apologies. Having just consulted Wiki (bless the interweb) you are correct.
Apparently I have gotten an ice sport mixed up with some methodology from metalwork. Hmmmm..

Well, I guess I have unique tastes. I like just about every main-stream sport.
