Play construction secondary - Spend 1 ST to build a spacedock on Shalloq. Minister of Industry - Build 2 Dreanoughts (8), 4 GFs(2) (2 on each planet) , Exhausting Lodor (3), Retillon (2), Saudor (2), Wellon (1), Qucen'n (1) + sarween tools for 10 resources.

Exhaust transit diodes to move 2 gfs from Wellon, 1 from Saudor, and 1 from Qucen'n. Place 1 GF on Retillon and Shalloq, and 2 on Lodor.

Activate - Dal Bootha Xxehan - move dreadnought and 1 gf from the wormhole b system. Bombard and Invade Xxehan.
