Aren't at least half of the agencies down to deputy, acting, or appointed-in-the-last-20min directors at this point?

Yes; according to the article, they're not afraid of hurting Trump's feelings, they're reasonably worried about being fired. Trump sees them as still 'auditioning' for the position....

You know how conspiracy theorists would put out wacko ideas about Hillary Clinton and the Obamas being illuminati lizard people and other crazy ideas? Yep. I said it in the most truthful terms - Trump voters/supporters vote against their interests. If I was disabled and unable to work, I wouldn't vote for a president who is taking away my benefits.
