The FLASH is back this week, and it was a great episode. Feels like the series is now starting to play with all the plot threads it laid out earlier in the season. Plus we have the PRISON BREAK boys reuniting and double-teaming the Flash as Captain Cold and Heatwave. Specifically enjoyed Wentworth Milller's perfromance here. Cold, calculating, matter of fact and totally comic booky villainy. His little speech "My name is Leonard Snart, but you can call me Cold." was awesome!

Last night's episode was lots of fun - I thought for sure that the Pied Piper was going to tell Barry that Wells wasn't, in fact, confined to a wheelchair as he's been implying. It looks like Wells is using Barry to give himself powers somehow - I'm excited to see where that goes!
Also, Royal Flush gang! I didn't realize that they crossed over between the DC worlds - I've only ever seen them in the Batman Beyond cartoon, but they were awesome in the cartoon, so it was neat to see a nod to them in last night's episode!

Yeah, it was a solid episode, and you can tell that the Rogue's Gallery is slowly building. Flash is at his best in the comics when he's got to go up against multiple enemies.
I like that the Piper knows Well's secret, and I'm baffled as to Well's endgame and why he's keeping Barry so safe...and how that fits into the future Crisis storyline hinted at in the future paper.

I never really got into Glee until the last season, so I didn't know! That's awesome though!
It wasn't the best show after a season or two, but if it launched gustin's career, I'm happy....he's a phenomenal Flash. He captures the character exquisitely!

This show is really excellent. Apart from the bad hammy acting of the Prison Break guys, they've been generally excellent at introducing the side characters and villains. I have no real clue of all the characters in The Flash universe, but I'm intrigued by the possible build to an Infinite/Infinity Crisis type event as implied in the first episode.
The last scene was great, especially after they've drip fed teasers over the last few weeks.
Considering how well the ARROW and FLASH adaptations are going, is there another DC character that would survive translation to the small screen by these showrunners do you think?

The show runner is Greg Berlanti and the show he's working on now is SUPERGIRL, with the girl who played Marley on GLEE as Kara.

I have the score from the FLASH ARROW crossover episode (it's the only one avail on iTunes) which features the Flash hero music heavily...and when walking home from the subway and listening on my headphones....the hero music always makes me want to RUN.
That's what I call a score that's done its job.
