I can explain it easily. I was trying to use my other skill, and I needed to die. I timed my reveal in the day so that the thread would not have enough time to emergency lynch me. I also did what I could to hold off votes aimed at me, so I used some really faulty logic in order to seem like I had good intentions. Most of what I wrote contradicts itself, as some of you pointed out yesterday.

You have a guard that keeps you from being NK'd but if you are the killer is announced on thread? You realize that those are contradictory? If you've got a super duper shield then you wouldn't be killed and no on thread announcement. But, oh wait, the super duper shield is cancelled if another warlord is dead. Therefore you're still shielded because no warlords have died but wait maybe there have been because you're guessing that warlords don't cf as warlords. So when you revealed you must have thought Ruse was a warlord and therefore your guard would be cancelled and you'd be killed and your killer's name would be broadcast on thread. But wait, you deliberately waited until late in the day for the reveal so that you'd not be noticed?

Are you even reading my posts. I had an ability that would announce the killer with my death, but since I revealed and broke the rules, I no longer have that ability. I lost my other abilities, and I was given a guard instead, and I used that last second.

The reveal was a terrible idea, as was the consensus; it's even worse because now Korabas is claiming it was a fake reveal and is now revealing AGAIN saying he has (or had) all of these abilities. I guess some people never learn.

I really, REALLY don't like the way this is phrased coupled with the reveal-fest you have going on. What parts are total bullshit and what is remotely useful? Maybe you've answered this and I missed it but lying on thread is always bad; admitting it is usually worse.

Also, how the fuck did everyone come to some sort of agreement about Korabas' reveal and then totally ignore this post that he made early on? He basically said straight up that he's been lying but all of the discussion was based around why he did or didn't die and the wonderful WIFOM that comes along with that. The fact that this post got ignored and then Korabas basically disappeared is bizarre to me.

That post was made before I went to work. I've already explained what my goal was yesterday. if you need a clarification, ignore my argument for the reveal yesterday. I based my actions on a tactic that broke the game rules.

Sorry, but Kesso has you here. Since you're all about revealing your abilities now, I want some clarification. Your initial post about all of that mentions shit like "super-guard" and "guards me from night kills". Are you talking about having a BP here? A guard action is a lot different than a BP. Is the guard triggered or something? You said you could "use your guard." The language you are using to describe your abilities almost makes them sound made up. Combine that with the contradictions and you don't have much to stand on. All of this has me willing to vote for you at the moment, but I'm going to wait until I can return and read more carefully. I also plan to look at Amp later on as I said I would, although during the few minutes I had he said a lot that I agreed with.

I'm still digesting the additional information Korabas has posted today, but based on what was revealed up to the end of the day I was in the "avoid lynching Korabas if we can find something else" camp. I set out my reasoning here:

I think I agree with Tiam here. Yes, there is some benefit to denying the scum their three warlord NKs VC. But consider that with 12 players left there are going to be at most 5 NKs (based on current rate of one per night and assuming that there's the minimum possible number of scum). Do we need to be worried about the scum achieving that VC? Hitting all three correctly seems like a pretty tough ask, even with Korabas' reveal. Is it worth throwing away a day's worth of discussion and analysis for a kill that won't benefit town all that much? I'm not sure it is.

I'm still open for a Korabas lynch if as a last resort, but I'd hope we'd be able to do better...

Yeah a BP is more accurate. In fact, reading over the ability, it actually says that it is a bullet proof, not a guard. That's me being a nub. The move is called Dextrocardia Situs Inversus; I can't make that sort of shit up. The actual role keeps me from getting NK'd so long as there are other warlords alive. I only had to use it once, hence the 'one'. I get nothing from stringing town along. If you need to lynch me to feel better, go ahead. It's not a bad call at this point. I'm just letting you all know whats going on over on my end. That's it.

Why did you decide to reveal now? By keeping quiet Ken could have targetted you repeatedly and we wouldn't have suffered NK losses. You were not targetted last night as Alkend died - unless we surmise that you were targetted and Alkend's death actually came from a vig or something like that.
