I need some time to get a verified clean and correct board file. Switching back and forth between computers while upgrading the operating systems has resulted in having several round 3 svg files.

It's a holiday here too. Veteran's Day. Which only banks and post office pay attention to. It's an excuse for a sale for everyone else.
I'm a veteran (peacetime) and I find the inherent "Buy from us because we're more patriotic than the other store" more than a bit nauseating.

For example, I don't like the Tech Board. It's difficult to see in the jpg how many of each item are there.

I find it's fine. The stacked effect is clear enough to me, but you could easily place a text number over top of each one if you want to make it absolutely explicit.
I would also like all influence discs in alliances to be bi, or tri-coloured. Mine should be orange and white, but with more orange than white. Morgoths would be more white than orange of course.
Perhaps concentric coloured rings.
Also, my ships looking like the hydrans' is very inaccurate. Different civilizations would obviously evolve different ship designs. I would like you to redraw the ship models for each race according to our roleplay characters' personalities and aspects.
I would also like all influence discs in alliances to be bi, or tri-coloured. Mine should be orange and white, but with more orange than white. Morgoths would be more white than orange of course.

I agree that you'll benefit from increased science. Between us we'll be able to grab hold of a lot of tech, which will be beneficial. If needed I will be able to place both cruisers in Formahaut, but right now I believe Tapper sees that we'll be a necessary partner for the moment, especially when the.. uh.. circle alliance conquers all of twelve's juicy systems.

I see 5 options for us this round:
- Bide our time, re-gather our energies, plot venegeance and galactic domination.
- Try and take Arcturus.
- Invade CF.
- Invade Tatts.
- Pretend this is round 3 and try for the GC again. Between us we could muster around 9 interceptors.

Although, CF, I feel you should have some sort of deterrent. My ships are hardly impressive.

I was on phone so no idea how serious CF was being.
Marking the hexes in a way to reflect alliances strikes me as being useful. Thoughts?
