Given that it's almost certain you will lose the fight....retreating means 8x shots at 0.333 probability and 2 shots at .167 probability. I don't know how to evaluate that to a percentage, but I think the chances of you escaping with 1 dread alive are probably better if you retreat immediately.
He would have to hit 6 out of his 10 shots to take out both dreads, and just looking at it, it doesn't seem likely he'll pull that off.
Come to think of it, you might be better off interjecting (if you can afford to) with a reaction to add hull to your dread. I evaluated Gnaw's moves but we didn't really give a chance for reactions so I think it would be fine (in light of his actions) to slip in a reaction upgrade.
If everyone has passed, it is too late for him to do a reaction.
TBH, I would actually like to see all the engagement rounds even if there are no hits. You have to do the rolls anyways, does it really take that much more time? Just have a basic template that you copy paste each time. It doesn't need to have all the flavour text, but I'd just at least like to see the numbers. So something like:

D'rek Cruiser - 3
D'rek Dreadnaught - 1, 3
Morgoth Cruiser - 2, 2
Morgoth Dreadnaughts - 1, 4, 3, 4
Engagement Round 21
D'rek Cruiser - 1
