Still in White Orchard currently, only put 4 or 5 hours in but really enjoying it so far. I think this is a game I'll take my sweet time with, rather than rushing through the story.
I finished the White Orchard story, and it moved on, but I've reloaded an earlier save so I can actually finish the area properly first.
I've remembered from my switch from Dark Souls to Witcher 2 that you just point into the direction you want to attack - it's becoming more fluid now, diving and parrying and sending limbs flying.
Found a few more quests I'd missed previously too, it was worth going back. Beautiful sunsets and weather effects.
