That's what I was thinking as well but apparently the PS5 version of the game won't release until 2021/22. Which makes me want to just not play it before the next gen version is ready but who has that kind of discipline?

Nope, not the PS5 version. They delayed Cyberpunk so much that they haven't had time to develop the Next Gen version. Or something like that.

You'll still be able to play the PS4 version of Cyberpunk on the PS5 in November though. If nothing else I imagine there's going to be a world of difference between the load times and framerate on PS4 and PS5.

Link to the live stream, to start at noon EST.
After the presentation, we should get a bunch of media impressions about hands-on experience with the game, as well.

Shit looks cray-cray. The amount of 'augmentation' it seems like you can do to yourself via ripper doctors could be bonkers. Brain Dance will be lurid, lascivious fun... cool way to get personal with the denizens.
Geeeoff Keeglee gonna give his opinion now with play through footage.

So game journos got to play 4 hours of the game over Nvidia GeForce Now streaming (I'm guessing, since Keigley says it was "PC streaming technology", and not "Stadia"), and impressiona are going up now:

Listening to the Game Informer crew impressions.
Sounds immense. 3 people played the opening 4 hours, and they've all got completely different experiences.

The dominating impression I've seen from game journalists is that they can't wait to return to it when the full game is released. So hype being hype, yadda yada yada..... My excitement has gone up exponentially.

I'm surprisingly calm for this one. Still gonna wait for reviews, but I'm probably in for a Day 1 buy on GOG anyway.
I guess with how good TW3 was, I'm just kind of taking it as a given that CDPRED are gonna make a game that I will just lose myself in.
Like it sounds like I'll spend the first few hours in the menu reading what all the different upgrade paths do. Which is totally fine, because that's what I do in every good RPG, ever.

System reqs are up. Very doable. my old FX 8350 and the 3GB 1060 would've been somewhere between min and recommended, closer to min; with my current set up I should get easy 60 frames at 1080p on a High/Ultra mix.
Game size is 70 gigs on PC, since I know BK will want to know,

In less impressive news, CDPR are breaking their promises about crunch:

If anyone's interested, I wrote an open letter to CDPR leadership about this: https://medium.com/@...d-78cdc849f8d5.
Seriously, they're an awful company to work for. I checked the Polish job review boards and literally every-single-one review from ex-CDPR employees mentions crunch and overtime. Very disappointing.
