Just found out System of a Down has new music (first in like, 15 years or something). As I understand it, this new music is their response to escalating conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Possibly more for the Discussions board but the main dude from Iced Earth seems to have been part of the terrorist incident in Washington. I can't imagine that's going to go well for him.

Got 'Reluctant Hero' by Killer Be Killed over Christmas. Great album! I know the supergroup label is overused a bit, but in this case it seems more than deserved. Max Cavalera, Troy Sanders, Greg Puciato, Ben Koller. Bloody hell. Mastodon heaviness with Sepultura grooves, laced with Converge and DEP metalcore influences. Been on non-stop repeat over the past week.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.
