Lemmy died, chumps.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Guns N Roses are getting back together.

Hmm. I'd love to get excited about this, given they were the first rock band I discovered when I was a teenager and I still love their music. But.... meh, I just expect it to be a shadow of what it was.... if they can get Axl to turn up on time and not throw a tantrum, that is.

i have a hard time listening to classic rock. Even then their tour in 01 i think? wasn't that impressive.

Hehe. Frankly misheard lyrics are better than the real ones half the time anyway.

Case in point:
Nightwish is much better when misheard....

I went to a Clutch show between Christmas and New Years (the night Lemmy passed). Excellent show. I think Clutch just gets better and better with each album. Kingsnake (out of Philly), Valkyrie, and Crobot opened.
Kingsnake has a nice, no frills Blues/Stoner Hard Rock thing. Valkyrie was like some metal band's kid brother putting on a show (lots of over the top headbanging/hair whipping). Crobot is like a 70s psychedelic/groove rock band. They had tons of energy on stage and were a lot of fun to watch.

Depends. Do you like doom metal?
Didn't even know they had a new album out. Or do you mean 'Paragon of Dissonance'? A lot less bass on that one than previous works, but great atmospheric music.

Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.
