I'm not massively into comics, but I like Sohmer's "The Gutters". Especially when Abyss and Tiste's love child is featured in panel #3:

(Jen'isand Rul, the Wanderer within the Sword)
'I am the Shield Anvil.' I am Fener's grief. I am the world's grief. And I will hold. I will hold it all, for we are not yet done. <Itkovian>
'We are not born innocent, simply unmeasured.' <Hull Beddict>
'Because a god visits her, Fist. He comes to break her heart. Again and again.'<Nether>
'Fucking dragon.' <Fiddler>
Take my breath. But not this one, not this one. <Apsalar>
'Aye.' It's a good word. I think. More a whole attitude than a word, really. With lots of meaning in it, too. A bit of 'yes' and a bit of 'well fuck' and maybe some 'we're all in this together.' So a word to some up the Malazans. <Sunrise>

No you fool, the moranis pic was just a reaction face posted because all text posts are not allowed.

I was talking about the picture above my post with Gandalf and John Hurt.

By the way when uploading pictures, if you click the "add to post" icon to right after you upload it, it will appear as a quotable text box in the post, making it possible to to quote your post without the picture going missing.

Also that will remove that annoying white box surrounding uploaded pictures.

Is that building photoshopped? The bottom section is open in one shot and close in another, but from the various angles I can't see any section that will swing around and cover it.

I think the walls slide. See in the first picture there's a gap at the bottom right, and in the second one it extends all the way back?

Proof that time travel is possible (link to the museum this picture is at http://www.virtualmu...ork+bridge&ci=#) Taken in the 1940's at some bridge reopening ceremony. You tell me wtf that guy is doing there with a hoddie, some kind of SLR camera, and raybands.

And a picture I took just a droplet of water fell from an indoor plant

Hooded sweaters were not unheard of back then, sunglasses were fairly widespread by the 1940's, and the camera...not an SLR...that's actually what early handheld cameras looked like. My father has an old camera collection and some of his ones from that era look just like the one in his hand.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

So that's Toby, Rodeo, Sombra, DW, Bubba and I banned outright, while it'd only cost Apt a shilling and four pence to take SJP on a date. Civilisation has gone very wrong somewhere.
