Well if we want to get some sort of chat room going as Maccy suggested, I will gladly go head to head with Mez in a drinking contest. I promise to do it honestly and not cheat. I mean really what would be the fun in pretending to for shot for shot. I'm sure it will be plainly obvious that we're actually drinking as it goes on. The typing should get mighty interesting. This could be a competition for the title of Malaz drinking queen!

Drinking Princess. We all know Apt's collared the Drinking Queen gig.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Okay, okay, Malaz Drinking Princess! Centz you're welcome to join if you want, the more the better! It will make for even more entertaining times! So who knows how we go about getting a chat room up? We should also agree upon a beverage of choice. Just to keep things as even as possible.

I don't know that I am going to be in any shape to take pics of myself by the time this is over! I think it's going to take a fair amount of booze to determine the winner. The last thing I want to do, is get wasted and post a pic of something I shouldn't! I'll stick to the chat thank you!

Might I suggest we never engage in any Male Malazan member drinking contest? Could the forum stand to lose as many members as that drunk-fest would cost? I think not.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Orrrrrrr, we all get pissed online, start making up crazy theories about the books and between everyone actually guess the ending of the series.

I think I would win... but I might die. (Some of you view this as a win-win scenario. I salute you.)

im against picking a specific drink.
my proposal is simple (h think i should partake as a control specimin)
most logical route is pickin a strength (im goin to suggest the sensible spirit 37.5%) an a measure (35ml) then proceed to consume at a rate of 1 every set time, wether its shoted or mixed is up to the contestant

I call bias. You seem drunk enough to compete at any activity at this point, and are making us attempt math. I HATE MATH. Even drunk conversions: ARE EVIL.

2 salient points to this:
1. Either tehol would end up doing this in the afternoon or Mezla would have to stay up till late so one would immediately be disadvantaged.
2. Mezla posseses significant advantages in size (she's taller, I'm not calling you fat, christ, and has bigger feet for balance), experience (as a Manc scal she probably started boozing at the park aged 13, I know I did) and Britishness, she comes from a long and illustrious line that can trace itself back to the gin palaces of the early Victorian era.
Also at the Christmas shindig I plied her with enough gin to drop a medium sized elephant and she still had a better memory of the evening than I did.

I love my Tehol, but Mezels is now up to a solid 3 to 1.
