Being pissed at the innos game is fine, but it's not like she was doing anything productive herself. And then to implode and deliberately confuse things further for the innos comes across as a bit selfish.

She had a reason to do the self-destruct, and I think it was to take her off the scum list so they could concentrate on others. However, like they've been doing all game (lol). her "inno" reveal was viewed as scum rather than RI.
If "we" win, it'll have been the Silanah random kill that did it, instead of forcing finder reveals (which didn't hurt), imo.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. Pretty sure she claimed scum.

yeah she claimed scum and said shadow and serc where also scum. pretty much pointing at innos and going nuts is a perfect way to get yourself and others killed or at least in the firing line. also it meant we were working off the though that we had removed a symp and where under less threat when the scum werent actually posting

Personally, the people I'm most hesistant to suspect are Ampelas, Korlat, and Serc. Korlat and Ampelas because Tennes expressed suspicions of both of them, and Ampelas again and Serc because they both did highlight Tennes and took a look at them - though they didn't come back with anything, but then no one did till our finder came along. The Korlat thing though is on slightly shakier ground, because Korlat could have been a symp at the time, which Tennes would not have know when they expressed suspicion. Of course, on the other hand, if Korlat was a symp, they were doing a shit job of it.

OK, some thoughts from team evil:
The killers are (rightly) confident, and have a provisional on Serc:
Hello Ruse, Tapper here.
Nice to see you're a symp - we were betting on Shadow or, to a lesser extent, Tellan to be our aid.
Any thoughts/ observations of how we should play and angles we need to cover? I think you at the least are currently safe as a baby in a cradle in a bombshelter with the Marine Corps standing around it, but you might see things differently.
Cheers,
Tapper
Malaese by the way. I think we might get lucky and get the guard to reveal. I wasn't shitting I do need to sleep. By the way can you confirm the mechanic? We have to agree on 1 kill? It wasn't clear in my symp PM only that I'd get the kill if Tennes died, I did know who you were though after Mocks died. I am assuming we are the only two left and paired?
Probably, aye, although Shadow has been very easy on both Tennes and me so I want to keep him around for a bit.
P-S said earlier that he would accept provisionals from one of us for the other due to timezone with no confirmation, I think that's cool still but will check.
For now, I'll put a prov on Serc, I want him gone, but he never indicated me or you as potential scum so that makes it easy as a misdirection, too. I always put in the disclaimer that you can change my provs at will and have my confirmation for that. If you disagree, always feel free to change provs even without discussion.
Cheers,
Tapper
You've been at this longer than I have, so pending radical changes in the thread I'll go with that. I think Shadow is a viable target although he may still get lynched. Lynch yesterday is what I was hoping for, but he is looking hard although in the wrong places. He basically CI'd me as well after re-read before this fiasco. Omtose is too active as well, he'll look at one of us eventually, I think he was looking at you already. Everyone else seems to be dead except Serc. 6 v 2 at this point so we have to get through 2 more days perfectly. Lastly, do we need to put in a 2nd target if Serc get's lynched? I'll leave that up to you.
PathShaper I confirm Gamelon can change my provisionals and I auto-agree on his without my confirmation.
This is the first time I play killer.
The reason why I don't want to target people who have gone over me before is because a) there's little they can find. I don't want town to start looking why people got killed and who they touched, and the game comes at a point where that is no longer wifom and a whole lot more educated guess. I don't want to kill all people who pointed at me in the past.
Secondary target... hmmm, Omtose? Day will be slower, so you will be able to check stuff, I think. You've become a very influential player due to being clean and indepent in this game, people will wait for you to look at stuff.
Anyway, P-S:
prov on Serc, if Serc gets lynched, Omtose please.
Ruse can change whenever he likes and has my confirmation.
Tap you might consider a change on Serc since he just pointed at you and shadow. Probably best to see how it turns out. Just a heads up.
Thanks for the heads-up, I read it now, am currently not very worried. He's going to do a re-read of me, I wish him best of luck for now. Ano pressed for me based on theory mongering, and I got rid of that, I'm pretty good at posting a wall of text that sounds deep and philosophical and gives nothing away, and I know for a fact that I didn't mingle in RP so there is no clue there.
In fact, I doubt I mentioned half of the players currently alive, almost certainly not Amp, Tellan (apart from yesterday) and Telas in the past. I also wish him good luck in claiming I'm scum based on my posts... or at the least, there's nothing in there I cannot explain, I think - even my coasting behaviour is easily done because a significant part of it was du to RL and I announced all of that beforehand.
If the votes start coming down or he reveals finder (could be he is Kesso's partner if Kesso was ever a finder), we may have a problem... but let's stick to Serc for now. If I manage to clear myself, it might point towards someone else as killer getting nervous.
roger that. I've been going slow on posting tonight to try and let other cases pick up steam. I think I can push a hurried case on Korlat because he just slipped. Saying 1 killer D-day is tomorrow. Just make it sound like he was trying to play down the killers and got his D-day wrong. Works pretty well because I think Shadow is lynchable to win the game. thoughts?
More evil thoughts:
I think it's fine, he isn't really pushing you, but Shadow probably will and I bet Omtose takes a look, although he is leaning Shadow. I think I like the Korlat lynch today and think I'm going to take a shot at it. That gives you 50/50 tomorrow and we can say Shadow has been leading us along all this time and he doesn't die at night, he must be the killer! If you agree what's the timing on the Korlat case I'm thinking about another 30 minutes people should be getting on.
Sorry I can't help with the list, but I'm off his radar with him so I can't raise a stink about you being on it. Also, as I'm writing this he put Tennes on instead of Tellan, might be a slip you can exploit to discredit.
Let me know.
Aye, leaving Shadow alive is the preferred option number one.
As for Shadow pushing me... I'm far from convinced, he has been leaving me alone all game so far, but if he wants to push, he is the one that needs a case out of all of us - he can't start with gut feeling crap again or I'll just drag up the list of previous gutfeelings he had. So far so good, I'm safe, I think you'll need a lawyer (and HD is dead and was scum to boot) to build a case on me unless you start listing all my omissions, but those don't rank well when it comes to evidence.
I think I never played an anti-game-game as much as I did this one.
And more, they like Korlat:
I'm personally happy to see that Korlat found it, I'd be too defensive if I brought it up, I'm often accused of jumping very high when accosted.
And if Serc dies/ is lynched/ comes up inno, it can be used against Korlat, specifically if Korlat votes Serc later on or something. If I get lynched, you can use it against Korlat for symping me, too. win-win.
I think I'm going to put foward a two slips in two hours case and put them both in the spotlight. Shadow should bite on one and I think Omtose might as well. Which might leave 1 on the hammer for Ampelas or Korlat might as well. I doubt Tellan does.
Hehe, we're on the day like 2 bloodhounds so far.
You are making me nervous, let's hope it works.
Bad play by Korlat, seem like it's going to be easy to push a lynch on him. Do you get nervous when sending these and think you are going to fuck up and send it to someone wrong? I'm like OCD about it.

So, let's assume Serc's list gets through. Let's hope I'm not the one to swing, but I think that Shadow will probably be the compromise lynch, although he may surprise us yet again.
We kill Serc, he comes up inno and is cleared. After all, there is no way there is a symp in play.
Tomorrow morning, I start crying that it's all a set-up and that I am being framed by the NK result. It will point at me being framed, no doubt about it.
we have to act together then - go straight for one player who looks a tiny bit scummy or has been coasting the entire game. Our problem is that of the survivors, Omtose is on the most - so he can defend himself the easiest, but Korlat wants to vote for him too - don't know about Amp, don't know about Tellan.
In case I get lynched (may happen) make sure you're there on the train, preferably in third or fourth position, and don't defend me.
You smell like roses at the moment, and I think you can continue that act for a while.
I like how tense this is getting - if I didn't get that list on my back, we would have had the game pocketed I think, now I'm not so sure

Poor Shadow, he really shouldn't be in this position:

Ok, I realise you're probably away doing RL stuff, but will PM this to you anyway. Need to jabber, and it seems it's not welcome on the thread itself.
Right, I have a choice. Either give myself the best chance of survival, in which case I put my vote on Korlat before anyone else does. Omtose is already hinting at "evil! Pure evil!" links between me and Korlat, and the others will listen to Omtose. But if I'm the first to vote against Korlat.....
On the other hand, I find a couple of other people more suspicious than Korlat, like Gamelon and Tellan. So, do I do what I think best for team inno, or for team me? I was never a very good team player, sigh.

Gotta say though, aside from the tension of whether or not my play will go through, I'm a lot more detached from the game as a killer. Somehow, there's not the thrill of being RI or town roled., it's more laidback and in some ways, anti-play.

No he doesn't look good. However it is all his own fault. A drive by vote at this stage in the game is going to get you lynched real quick or at least it should.
