This thread makes me want bacon, in all its glorious deliciousness.

I love bacon. The two things I missed when I tried being a no-red meat sort of vegetarian was steak and bacon. I used to make a quilt of bacon with this special microwave grill thing and nuke it all to hell then transfer it onto a sandwich, add a little ketchup and consume :p ...Incidentally, I don't like the way they serve bacon here in England - it's fucking raw. Bacon needs to be crispy - I had thought everybody knew this but now I have to specify 'burnt'...If you want pigmeat pink and chewy have some ham you daft bastards. In short, if it weren't for bacon, I would advocate the extermination of all pigs - if you've ever spent any significant amount of time in their company you'll understand. I have pig stories. Anyway, bacon redeems their filthy nature. That's how good bacon is :p

Disgrace! Get out of my country now.

My answer to the opening poster (who I have no idea who it is with all this bloody name changing - can't you add a note to your details that reminds us who it is?) is because you are eating American bacon. European bacon cooking is the correct way and it must be eaten with HP sauce.

I am the mighty Obdi, and all other meats > bacon.

Rodeo, I think I need to go find a cheesesteak now.

BUT I DON'T CARE!

going to cook some bacon, and eat

I am currently eating a buffalo chicken sandwich, which is about 18 times better than anything with bacon in it.

British bacon isn't even bacon. It's just not. HUmperdink, whoever you my be, eat good old 'merican bacon for the good stuff.

Macros lied in every single book he was in, sabotaged an attempt at peace and tried to re-ignite a war!

Also... he was a tool.

Bacon is the king of all breakfoost foods. It tastes amazing, it goes good with everything! The only meat better than bacon is bacon wrapped around a steak!

Yes i'm drooling all over my desk.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

The ONLY time bacon is good is when it is wrapped around seafood like shrimp. Other than that, get it away from me and serve me some real pig-meat, like a chunck of Ham or Pork Chops.

I just dont get it! I seriously cannot fathom how someone could not like bacon.
I just cant wrap my head around it.

If i could i'd eat a package of bacon everyday.

And you can wrap bacon around ANYTHING and its delicious.

Didn't Mezla subsist for about an entire 2 week period on just ham?

You're wrong and you know you're wrong. Liver, for instance, while palatable to me, is like eating condensed dirt next to the concentrated goodness of bacon. Also, cow's tongue is meat and is clearly inferior to bacon taste-wise. I could go on. You need to modify your position if you expect to be taken seriously.

:p

Great point.

Also, I'm not a big fan of cow tongue and other gross meats.

Edit: I should finish reading entire posts before commenting.
