EDIT: dammit now im just stuck in the middle again. i hate fence sittin. i wana go apocolyptic lol. but there's so little to go on!!
a lot of these theories are based on very little and as such it'll come down to a stab in the dark (so to speak lol) to determine where we shud go next.
low posters could be up to anythin
The main point of my post is the first part. I don't care if you vote for Gem or for me or for whoever: that's short-term effects. I think the connection between Gem and me is pretty solid and will be a convenient start for whoever wants us lynched, hence me voting for her now: we're pretty much sitting ducks. Probably unlucky timing due to timezones or whatever, but dragged out because we were both on in the weekend and voting for Lace.
A 12 year old can make the obvious link.
Hence me voting for her: I know I am inno, she might be, but I'd rather not take chances and this way, I can prove that I'm not beyond sacrificing my faithful companion for the greater good. Of course, that's a double edged sword, cause if she comes up inno, I just might be a killer using her lynch to plead innocent myself. So, I pretty much think that both her days and mine are numbered and that we doomed one another throughout the weekend. Sorry for that, Gem
As said, it is NOT what I want to bring across primarily.
What I do want to say is this: there was a lynch train there consisting of 5 applied votes and 2 more promised if we could make the lynch. That's Morgoth at L-3, which, with 3 hours on the clock and probably less, should be a dead Morgoth, normally.
Then a second train starts on a guy voting in the first. It builds speed pretty fast and the people who vote for it from L-5 up are the ones under suspicion right now: the ones for who the target did not really matter and the ones who changed votes for it. The people who were lynching for the lynch.
Yet the start and build-up was before they came in the picture.
The starters of both the Morgy-train and the alt-train haven't been questioned/ scrutinized yet aside from a mention by DiBs on the possibility of Gavin being a killer, and The Dude. Neither got a lot of attention, which is weird. especially if you see how much attention the possible lynch of Lace and the people on that train got.
Instead, the middle part has been enlargened: Venge, Gem, me as diverting attention away from Morgoth. Never mind that two of the three had pledged their vote in the exact same way as they did on Morgoth: show us the lynch, and we vote. The mercenaries, the ones who want a lynch and didn't care who.
So, either the ones enlargening this middle/second part of the second train wanted to divert attention from the train starters or from the first train, and/or the starters of the second train wanted a diversion resulting in a lynch/ no lynch at all, or they were using the presence of certain individuals on the second train to push for a lynch. Your call.
