Peace and quiet... for now anyways...
Monsignor:...Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.
Connor: [as the brothers exit the church] I do believe the monsignor's finally got the point.

I found out tonight that I am not one of those people who reaches for a camera when they see someone being being attacked in the street.

Went out to town for the first time in a wee while. Saw some girl get attacked by a pair of girls on the street. The guy that was with the attacked girl fended the crazies off, so I went to help the first girl who was lying curled up on the ground after the girls had attempted to stomp on her. Turned around to have crazy girl number one reattempt stomping (in stilettos!) so I stood up, shoved her, and when she grabbed my hair I punched her face. Dug my nails into her wrist and my friends got involved, one of them telling the girls to get off the drugs (they found that highly offensive, judging by their reactions) and grabbed her arms and forced her to let go by the simple expedient of jamming his thumbs into her wrists.

Apparently, I need to mind my own business.
My knuckles are stinging a bit, I may have hit her in the teeth.

FLAWLESS VICTORY
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Met a whole chunk of my family I didn't know existed till a few months ago...and they knew my Japanese family, my great grandmother Tsuru. Humbling to see black and white pictures of a person that up till now I only had to ASSUME existed.

Just a great day for me. Feeling very good.

"your an ignorant perv." - That makes my head explode.

It's good to know that in some parts of the internet, trolls are just little plastic dogs with crazy hair.

What's making me happy? No more fever! =)
