It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

just back from playing the latest round in a 9-a-side soccer tournament on the artificial turf. Despite only having 8 players for the entire game, we won pretty comfortably, 5-2 against one of the better teams in the league.

Despite my aging legs, that's makes me feel happy. Even got to sucker two players into committing themselves so badly to a tackle that the ended up on their asses. Good times.

just called in to shop below work to get me paper and a choccy bar and there was a promotions girl in mini skirt and tight top (its about -3) and big furry ruski hat selling cigarettes 2 packs for £4. its was the most absurdly unexpected thing i have ever seen when going to work and the looks of the cashiers given daggers to this tall slim blonde and her knowing grin made me literally chortle while i was paying.

Going to the Colts game on Sunday for free!
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Went for a run, sweated like a bastard, but now I won't feel guilty for lounging around the rest of the day.

Had a fantastic day at the beach yesterday. Friends, cookies and the best weather contributed to one terrific outing.

I made it home last night about 9pm. Today put a rent deposit on a rather nice 3 bedroom townhouse only about 6 km from my new work ... which will essentially cost me about $150 or so per week. Gotta love Rental Allowance - thank you again, you wonderful Aussie taxpayers! :hulk: :)

A few things in today's Haps Report. One, my first drama play ever is this Satdee. Two, my friend's birthday party just happens to include my new best girl friend (note the spacing). Three, the insurmountable Jap homework I mentioned...don't have to do it after all. So I'm a pretty happy camper. :hulk:
