I've tracked mine thru UPS from amazon.uk, and it has made it here to my city today and they will deliver it tomorrow. Alas, no one will be home, everyone in the house got called into work tomorrow of all days after someone being home all month. Sucky timing!
I am now taking Friday off work no matter what as they will try to deliver one more time and I'll be waiting! *fingers crossed me first*please*

276 pages in, would be nice to have a book 1,2,3 etc discussion thread for us to ponder as we read without worrying about getting spoiled by further events or something.

So I went to the sorting office and handed over the card...I could see the shelf the post woman was sorting through...heart sank, lots more of those stupid lightbulb packs and nothing book sized - her hand paused over a lightbulb pack :D, but then she moved a rather large envelope...and joy an Amazon parcel appeared :p, which she ignored :p, but then went back to ...and picked up ....and handed over to me

And my evil cackle echoed through warrens to torture those poor souls that haven't got THE book yet...there are some who haven't got it yet, aren't there? There are? Oh you poor, poor things, because you know it really is rather good.:D
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

I want you to know that this coming long weekend, while you're reading your precious TOLL THE HOUNDS books, i will be eating amazing food, drinking fine wine, and sex, oh yes, i will be making lots of sex, with OTHER PEOPLE. And behind every bite, sip and yknow, will be just a tiny bit of hate.

- Abyss, doesn't actually know what that means but it reads well...

I had delicious salmon in a butter-lemon sauce last night.
My GF decided she had to do SOMETHING to distract me from my reading.
I hate wine, but had some delicious beer last night.

So Abby, I did your entire weekend last night, except I ALSO read into TotH.

Cue Abby frothing now.

So I just got to the point where that one guy with the sword and the other guy with another sword met up and were like 'lets go to this town where lots of people we don't know are' and they were like ok!

If you have read it, you will know what I am talking about. I am giddy and excited and I want to pretend I'm sick to leave work so I can keep reading since my lunch break is over.

meet up?
Thanks, man. I though this thread was safe. Silly me.

You can assume whatever you want. Your spoiler is incorrect on so many levels, at least as far as I am so far (350 pages) into the book.

Like I said, you won't understand unless you had read it.
