I know Data Connection! They have an awesome tree at Xmas, and they're right next to a great little pub, The Stag. Just dont eat in there, for christ's sake. And it's recently gone over 21's if that's a problem. In any case, steer clear of The Goose at the George in town, it fills with uber-chavs to literally bursting point.
My parents' house is right near there so I know the area well and am around during the summer, so if you need any info on the place (where to eat, drink, direction, etc) or you fancy getting a pint or two at some point then let me know.

Always good to vaguely know someone in a new place...I might take you up on it.
Sir Thursday
Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

The 12th? The day after my Christmas present stand up tickets say the show is? Hmm.
Another early morning Saturday train beckons. Damn it.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Definitely the 12th? May as well book my tickets in advance, see if I save then.
On a more important note:
What's the music arrangements? Do you guys have an awesome stereo with a great selection of CDs, or should we each bring a few CDs with us to enhance the musical options?

I think use of the word "taste" there is rather controversial.
So who wants a lift, out of Illy, Tiste and Cult?

I'd like one, but it'd have to be Saturday.

Bristol is fine. Though I'll have to remember to take the satnav
Don't mind giving lifts back either, but timings might have to be flexible - I'm not driving back until I'm sure I'm sober, probably Sunday afternoon. Also, if there's three of you, it might be a bit cramped. Just a heads up
