Korbolo pisses me off more than anyone bar the Errant and Sirryn Kanar. At least Mallick Rel is cunning, and uses Ruse, which is always cule.

I dont hate cutter, but his whinning and crying thoughts are rlly pissing me off. Im not even looking forward to him and apsalars love destined meeting, hopefully he dies before meeting her, so apsalar can regret leaving him etc etc.

I hated Kalor at the start but hes an awesome charachter. Much needed in the book.

Myhbe I didnt hate, I just wanted her to stfu!!!!! and stop fooking dreaming!

Tehols ok, no hate.

Kruppe and Pust! I cannot stand, I really fast forward through there rambling, its rlly annoying at times, specially when finishes a section with Karsa or Rake or the Andi and then goes to a scene with pust or kruppe rambling.

Udinaas kinda got annoying at times.

Nimander got annoying to as he was a class A Puss eh!!! at the start.

When u say hate, do u mean Annoying to read? or do u mean a character that u dont like and wish died fast and soon, with agnoizing pain. like clip for example? or Korbolo dom?

1) Felisin in DeadHouse. *yawwwwn* She didn't get any better in House of Chains, but at least she died.

2) Mhybe-- Yes there's something important to her...but getting through her overwrought pathos is brutal. I don't normally condemn characters for displaying emotion. But there comes a point where it's just...too...much.

3) Kallor--Can someone please kill him? It's annoying that he somehow manages to betray everyone around him and no one ever gets the hint. And it's not like he does subtle betrayals either. No one ever supposedly trusts him, yet he somehow keeps being put in places to hurt people. *head scratch*

incidentally by TtH I think SE found his pace re: tragic characters. Granted he went all softy by the end and saved almost everyone, but even when I thought they were headed for destruction I didn't MIND reading about Harllo, Duiker, Cop Guy, Challice and some of the other depressives. It's a step up from the Felisin / Mhybe days.

Mhybe: less enjoyable than toothbrushing my eyeballs
Hannan Mosag because he didn't need to be. If his ambition was dealt with more thoroughly he might have garnered some more sympathy.

Kallor USED to be high on this list but TtH made him amazing.

Felisin was such a well written character - she may get a lot of hate directed at her, but she had a lot of depth. Deadhouse Gates was great imo.

The Mhybe, however...! Ok, not hate, but definitely difficult to read.

Kallor is awsome. I hope the Errant gets in his way.

The Seguleh Second, while funny, can be rather annoying. Obsessed with Skinner. Although I split my sides when in TtH he yelled, "I'm coming Skinner! But first, these guys...".

Kruppe is awesome, if you read between the lines of what he says. I have often in rereads noticed he reveals stuff about later books which I think it awesome. Makes me read his parts to try and gleam the future

What have we seen of Traveller though really? Brooding his way through a couple of books, being bad-ass with a sword, and getting manipulated by everyone because of his single minded desire for a futile revenge. Not much of a God really. And besides every other character in these books is an Ascendant or a God. I just think he's one dimensional and his motivations not believable based on the limited and oblique interactions we've had with him. Maybe that'll change as I'm about to read Night of Knives.

Agree with you on Kruppe, he's a very interesting and clever character and is going to be a fulcrum for the final events I think. His narrative focus in this last book has tested a lot of readers patience though, so I doubt SE will do that again.

I don't find the change in Raest weird/annoying. He is now a servant of the Azath, so that's bound to make him alter his personality a bit.

Kruppe can get annoying, sometimes. I bet the climactic part of the series is when he says something beginning with "I..."

I quite like Kallor. OK, he's a bad guy, a nasty little piece of dirt, he killed WJ, but that's just all in-character for him. So far as I'm concerned, he's a character that works very well in the series, and I enjoy reading about him, wondering what he's going to get up to next.

Most hated, which I definitely do not enjoy reading about:

1. The Mhybe, of course.
2. FEATHER WITCH FEATHER WITCH FEATHER WITCH FEATHER WITCH
3. Clip
4. Fiddler when he was "Strings" (only half a book, thankfully)
5. Any of the Shake

I can't believe the Errant is not the first on the list. The myhbe might have been annoying, but at least she wasn't nudge-crazy. I felt sorry for the Myhbe, and didn't find her that annoying even. Clip is just pathetic.

I can't really blame feather witch, she was a monster because she was abused all her life.

The Errant is the real monster.
