Israel used 12 interceptors, probably David's Sling, against one Fattah-1 missile and still managed to miss. The Fattah's late-stage speed boost, which dramatically increases closing velocity but changes the closing trajectory unexpectedly, is not something that interceptors can easily deal with.
Another plane, an A-10 Warthog, crashed on friendly territory after sustaining heavy fire from Iranian territory.
A Blackhawk helicopter was hit by AA fire whilst recovering the F-15 pilot but was able to return to friendly territory.
The largest gas processing plant in the UAE took a pounding overnight. The plant has shut down and one worker was killed.
Iran has blown up a fishing vessel after it entered the Strait of Hormuz without permission.
