Isle of Man, middle of the Irish sea. Used to live in Manchester which meant I could meet a bunch of forum people pretty regularly (in relative terms anyway) and consider some to be good friends IRL now. Meeting up now is a bit trickier as it requires plane or boat travel and the attending costs and hassles that inevitably come alongside those things!
