But ultimately, I think that 2 hits out of 9 rolls turn did me in. Maybe should have saved War Funding for that

I'm not joking!

This: Khellendros > 1 x The Terror Between (5*2), 1 x Dreadnought (5), 1 x Carrier (9), 2 x Fighters (9) > [6d10=7, 3, 6, 6, 6, 8 ] > (4 hits)

Should be two hits, not four (one flagship hit, one dread hit)

So the final turn Tatts should have a flagship and two dreads remaining, against my one fighter.

Yeah, for anyone who didn't see Blend's original resolution, that one ended with both fleets being entirely wiped out. Unfortunately, that extra non-fighter ship hit really made all the difference (plus my poor rolls in general).

After the Shields Holding turn, the combat simulator gave me a 75% chance of winning. Shows what it knows
