So I'm pretty sure this means Khell still has 1 of your dreads, but that you have 1 in your reinforcements pile, and 3 on the map? Just want to make sure I haven't missed anything!

Yes, though we are also waiting for Blend to resolve the combat in the asteroid field. I don't think the outcome will affect Khell's next turn though.

Ah sorry, didn’t realise it went all the way back round to me again. I guess the debate is between building in my homeworld (sensible, rational, wise in the longer-term, boring), and launching a suicide attack with a damaged dread and one infantry on Siig (very satisfying if it succeeds, also will not succeed).

Alright Tattsyface, if we're peacing it, what are you offering in exchange for your units? You mentioned the thingy you've been giving IH - what else?

Obviously one thing I want is for all your units to leave my systems/wait to be destroyed without activating the systems (your preference).

Yeah the Ct thing is helpful. Vacating your systems isn't a problem, the problem is where the units are going.

So I have 11TGs' worth of your units which I'm offering to give back right now, either on my turn or at the beginning of yours. The CT thing you offer is like 3TG. You're offering me 1 TG on top of that and a potential future 2TG - so let's be generous and say you're offering 6TG value (4TG up front)...plus peace. But I'm also offering peace so those two cancel each other out. So there's a value discrepancy there.

Ah, but you also offer votes. Now this is an interesting one, as I quite like that offer. But I seem to remember you offering me votes before and then subsequently trying to screw me over...so you can see why I'd be suspicious about that offer.

He was waiting on me to pick retreat and flagship usage, but that was many days ago. I think Blend has just been too busy to finish resolving it for a few days.
