For serious, though, I don't crave my Trade PN back all that much, I have a funny feeling that I will want to be Speaker for the agenda phase, I sorta kinda want Twelve to have second pick as I continue to feel bad for him (more honestly, I think it's least dangerous to let Twelve have an early pick than anyone else on the board).

How about you can assign all my votes in the agenda phase on top of the Trade PN? Third pick is not too bad for Twelve.

Throw in letting me Vortex a dread and I will seriously think about it.

I'd spend it this round but I also may not use Vortex straight away, so you'd have to actively choose not to build it if you're thinking of building early. I'd like to also put in the 'don't attack each other' proviso to this agreement, for all that's worth.

Your stance at the start of the game was that you wanted to sell and have used War Funding as often as possible. Why get conservative about it now?

And yeah, as you say, you need me or Tatts to help you get your TA to Khell, or else you'd have to suicide another ship to do it. Meanwhile IH is being belligerent with War Suns and camped on Mecatol Rex with 4 VP. Doesn't it make more sense to pick the D'rek is happy rather than the IH is happy option?
