IH I'm looking through the strategy cards I'd like to follow and with politics already used and D'rek holding Construction I'm either going to use it on Diplo or not at all. I dont know your plans for it put is there a chance you can wait until after Leadership to use it?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

If you want another shot at the warsun I can be convinced to free that fleet up again but I want assurances that my side of the border will be honored and I'm allowed to free up my homeworld without you playing my ceasefire.

When I replenish my commodities. Typically this would happen when I perform the TRADE secondary.
