Funny thing is, after Twelve's first turn I was going to tell Khell we probably dont need to bother trying to stall out Twelve anymore since he picked Warfare... but then you two both dropping strategic actions so early now I think it is worth a try after all.

With both Politics and Construction already played so early he (and me, and anyone else without a ton of strategy CTs) are already going to miss several secondaries no matter what... too late to fix it now. I wouldn't be surprised if you and Tapper both play your strategy cards right away, too, it's a good move and an easy stall after all.

So if it's already happened, might as well stay the course and keep stalling Leadership at this point. Then everyone gets a low-secondary round, which can be a net benefit.

Well if Khell and Tapper didn't both decide to make friendly with Twelve this wouldn't be necessary. I wanted to work together to bring the Mahact mountain down (and take revenge for him stealing our CTs), but you two decided to roll over on him, so now I have to claw for every possible option to slow him down.

Ok, then both you and Morgoth need to update it. It's been like a week since then and the PN counts have been wrong plus the alliances aren't in the play area this whole time. It's not fair to put the burden of catching and fixing that sort of stuff all on Blend for that long.

That's one way to look at it - another is that you arranged the stall and then asked me to pick a fight with one CT to my name, more specifically, to block Twelve's space port. Where's my incentive to do this, and do this now?

That was after you and Twelve already negotiated your peace. My suggestion to blockade him was a last-ditch hail mary ask, but I didn't expect it to be likely to happen since you were already negotiating your peace with him.
