Khell if you are using your agent I think you need to declare it when commodities are refreshed not your turn

I was reading about my Agent on forums and there seems to be a bit of consensus that it can be used even when there are no commodities to convert to trade goods (a bit like the Sol PN can be used even when they have no strategy token to use). So if someone’s commodities are taken immediately through a Trade PN after they’re replenished, I could still use the Agent on them to capture a ship.

I'm not really interested in exerting myself for nothing but "a good basis" ... that's too vague and squirrely it hardly means anything, plus we both would get "a good basis" so it makes your proposed exchange rather one-sided.

If we're not going full no-dickery-pact now, that's fine, we can always come back to that later. But then I don't want the current deal we make now to be lopsided. So I propose just the ceasefire swap. Or we swap ceasefires + I'll refresh one of your commodities and you give me the other so we each get a ceasefire+1TG.

If you want it less vague then you have to tell me what you’re after. I’m not trying to be vague on purpose or because of nefarious schemes. I’m happy to agree to something more specific if it sounds good.

As for the ceasefire/TG proposal, do you mean that you’d convert only my current commodities? I’m obviously hoping for converting my current commodities plus the ones I’ll refresh on my turn (so 4 in total). As above, I’m happy to agree to some more specific terms (unless they’re particularly onerous!) to get that to happen.
