Play Technology Secondary - Exhaust Vefut II and Rigel 3 and spend 1 ST. Research Sarween Tools.

Activate Kraag Siig
Move Destroyer from Vefut II through Quann pr agreement with Blend. Return alliance and Dark Pact because I am activating a system where Blend has units.

Receive Blend's alliance card for 1 TG.

Use Agent to explore and refresh Vefut II. -> EH10 | Hazardous Relic Fragment | ACTION: | Purge 3 of your hazardous relic fragments to gain 1 relic.
