I've already got a deal with Twelve for commodity exchange. Really whether or not I can neighbour you this round will depend on when Warfare gets played. I need to use the secondary to build a carrier or I won't be able to move out from my home system.

Even though I'm doing a commodity swap with Twelve I should still have plenty of TGs to swap out your commodities if you'll give me the 1TG deal on your racial. As I said, I want to see how things go for the first round or two before committing to anything, but so far I'm on board with neighbouring Mehar Xull and doing some swapping of TGs and/or commodities as well as your racial.

I would certainly appreciate it - I'd be playing Trade on Round 2 if you commit to playing Warfare on Round 2, and of course I'll give you a free refresh too.

Was going to wait to see what Morgoth's definite response re: playing Warfare round 2 was before posting my turn, but I think I have to play trade this round regardless if I want to be able to do what I plan to do this round, so I'll go ahead and post my next turn now.

I am pretty sure the rule is one trade per player per round - you can either do the commodity swap OR the PN but not both, but I will go digging to see if I can find the actual rule.

Its 1 pn per player per trade. I'm not sure in regards to commodities and trade goods though.
