If you leave lazar sakulag empty (you should get gravity drive which will let you take plenty of better systems) I will move in with minimum force, take both planets and leave on the following turn after using the yellow skip and agree not to attack your homeworld that turn since you are worried about it. I'll give you my racial for the small opportunity cost (as you most likely will have taken two better planets).

I agree to all this. I'll leave them blank. Similarly when you move out you can take one of Abyz Fria.

I'll also wash your commodities for you.

Yes, I know, but that still only gets him next to MR - he'd need 3 movement to get to MR, not to mention that he doesn't have enough Influence to take MR anyway.
