No. The SD and PDS are only added "after resolving the tactical action", so the space dock won't be there during the production step.

And why are you guys so worried so early about free point scored by me? I'm only getting Rex this round. I have no resources to build to expand out again. My homeworld will basically be wide open. And I'm the Winnu for crying out loud. Both previous times I've played them I finished near the bottom in points.
