Thanks BK, I believe someone would say in your language that was "right neighbourly". ;).

Here's an idea: those who are inclined post their availability in GMT.
Maybe someone could do an excel spreadsheet of this and see where the maximum crossover is?

Obviously for me it's Saturday night or early Sunday morning our time. We are GMT +10 hours.
So my 2000 Saturday to 0100 Sunday Australian East Coast time followed by 0600 *shudder*-1000 Sunday becomes
1000-1500 and 2000-Midnight Saturday GMT.

Yeah, not very social I know. This is what you guys get for living on the wrong side of the world. And in the wrong hemisphere. :p

Sorry, classic "tyranny of distance" thing for me. The best times for the most people are way out for me.
Plus I'd have to live translate my accent for you, and I can't type that fast. :p

I thought they fished for crocodiles using funnel web spiders as bait.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Come on! Wake up early! Put a shrimp on a Barbie, bring a shiela. Show us your pet crocs and box a kangaroo

Not this year. I moved away from the tropics, remember?

Nah, funnel webs are too hard to find. We prefer irukandji jellyfish. Organically sourced, of course.

Yeah unfortunately all the above are now considered no-nos under wildlife cruelty laws. :(

Anyone care to try this again?

Been a bit busy again now that I actually work but I once more crave human connection.

Sunday morning perhaps?

Sorry I meant to post this a while back already and apologize. This was on me. I’ll try and be forceful in setting an actual time and date. I’m thinking sun the 7th of feb.

We can of course just chat but im also keen to host a fun wuizz if we can get enough people. Other options are hosting a game of ‘among us’ which the mafia crowd I think should enjoy quite a bit.

Okay so Sunday 7th is the super bowl.

I’m putting together a fun world travel quiz, so if anyone wants I’d be happy to host a quiz night on Sunday the 14th. Not going to try compete against the Super Bowl
