Of course, a tech for 0tg is a better deal for you, but I hardly think a reputation as a freeloader will do you much good down the line.

Really? I should pay TG to use my racial? Are you going to pay 1 TG every time you use Harrow or transport two units instead of one in one of your dreadnoughts?

I'm looking at moving ships from Tau Bootis this round, but if you do decide to come calling before I do then I won't be retreating. You'll find it hard to take that planet. You've got good production anyway and ships already built. I have more claim to that planet than you do.

This is more like it. It's a start of a negotiation between two civilised races. You already have access to a wormhole, and reaching through Alpha wormhole would be too spacy. Ie too many moves. Morgoth only wanted the alpha wormhole placed and it was a stipulation in our negotiation. What would you want it for?
