Yes, I’m not sure you ever made this crystal clear. I remember at the time wanting to say something, to remind you to state explicitly that Tatts was to agree to only taking the tech planets, otherwise he could loophole it, but obviously I couldn’t interfere.

I don't remember him actually ever stating he would trade mine and Tatts' action cards. He HAD agreed to do the trade of Tatts' racial between IH and I earlier, until we realized that Tatts still had an ST, but I don't think Tapper ever acknowledged the action card trade between Tatts and I.

I don't remember him actually ever stating he would trade mine and Tatts' action cards. He HAD agreed to do the trade of Tatts' racial between IH and I earlier, until we realized that Tatts still had an ST, but I don't think Tapper ever acknowledged the action card trade between Tatts and I.

He said he was fine with it in a PM to me.

Edit: but obviously, you'd still need him to edit it before the end of his turn.

Receives 1 from Blend, now has 8. Must discard one.

Moves a card over to Tatts, down to 7 again.

Is this permissible?
