Twelve will be wanting to destroy units on Gwynan, otherwise major threat from Nom in taking Mec Rex.

Blend likes the idea of Quann being selected first agenda, (if he gets to keep the planet)

Morgoth wants to vote on the second agenda so will probably want to vote against to increase the 2 VP Objectives

IH is win win on the second agenda because he'll get either good strategy pick or more VP opportunities, he's got no chance at the tech PO

Nom will want to avoid getting Gwynan selected, and if Quann helps keep the VP from Blend he'll vote that way.

D'rek has nothing to lose on the first agenda, but she should be voting against on second agenda otherwise risk getting near last pick in strategy

Tapper also would want a better strategy selection.

IH and Morgoth have 16 votes to push FOR for arguments sake.

I disagree, IH is more likely to win by getting earlier strategy pick than extra 2VP objectives.

Morgoth attacks you then Nom too, I don't see why Nom would not want to do that. You're helping him make that decision.
