The "anomalies can't be adjacent" rule is only more of an issue when building hex-by-hex because otherwise you could quite deliberately cut off a particular player. This looks good to me (game 1 had adjacent anomalies, too, and it wasn't a problem).
I think homeworld #3 and the empty hex above it are supposed to be the other way around, though. (xpost with Khell)
