Warfare - spend one ST to move cruiser from Quecen'n Rarron to empty system north of twelve's armada, and Cruiser from Dal Bootha-Xxehan to Quecen'n-Rarron

Nom pillages 1 TG from Morgoth.

By the by, I placed a GF on Zohbat in the status phase, and I don't think it found its way to the map. (Sorry, will add to next update)
